Here are the six she selected for AdVic</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">®</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">.</span></p>
<h3><b>1. </b><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_lab_dynamic_forms_crossobject_fields.htm&amp;release=248&amp;type=5" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>New Dynamic Forms with Related Object Fields</b></a></h3>
<p><b>Salesforce Notes: </b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drill into lookup relationship fields from the component palette in the Lightning App Builder and access fields from related objects. To display relevant data from related objects, drag the cross-object fields onto your record page. We delivered this feature thanks to your ideas on IdeaExchange.</span></p>
<p><b>Where: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">This change applies to Lightning Experience in Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.</span></p>
<p><b>How: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">We made some small enhancements to the Lightning App Builder UI to help you navigate through relationship fields.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On the Fields tab, a breadcrumb at the top shows the spans that you drilled into. The top-level breadcrumb indicates the object that the page is associated with.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cross-object relationship fields have an arrow icon (&gt;). You can drag them onto the page as is, or click the arrow icon to drill in.</span></p>
<p><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-21139 aligncenter" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/NewDynamicForms1-SF-SPR24.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '24 Release - Ad Victoriam Salesforce Blog - New Dynamic Forms with Related Object Fields" width="298" height="408" /><img decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-21140 aligncenter" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/NewDynamicForms2-SF-SPR24png.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '24 Release - Ad Victoriam Salesforce Blog - New Dynamic Forms with Related Object Fields" width="286" height="404" /></p>
<h3><b>2. </b><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_lab_df_visibility_rules_on_fields.htm&amp;release=248&amp;type=5" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Device-Specific Salesforce Dynamic Forms</b></a></h3>
<p><b>Salesforce Notes: </b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previously, you could set visibility rules based on device form factor on Field Sections and other components but not on individual fields. Now, you can customize your desktop and mobile Lightning record pages even more granularly and restrict field visibility by device form factor, such as desktop or phone.</span></p>
<p><b>Where:</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> This change applies to Lightning Experience in Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.</span></p>
<p><b>How: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">On a Dynamic Forms-enabled page in the Lightning App Builder, select a field on the canvas. In the properties pane, create a visibility rule filter using the Device context to set the field to display exclusively when its page is viewed in a specific experience.</span></p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-21142 aligncenter" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Device-Specific-Salesforce-Dynamic-Forms.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '24 Release Notes - Ad Victoriam Salesforce Blog - Device-Specific Salesforce Dynamic Forms" width="667" height="313" /></p>
<h3><b>3. </b><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_rd_dashboards_change_owner.htm&amp;release=248&amp;type=5" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Updated Analytics with Dashboard Ownership and Visualization</b></a></h3>
<p><b>Salesforce Notes:</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Transfer Lightning dashboard ownership when responsibilities change or the current owner leaves your organization. You can change the ownership of multiple dashboards at one time and can send an email notification to the new owner. Previously, you had to clone or re-create the dashboard to provide access to a new owner.</span></p>
<p><b>Where:</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> This change applies to Lightning Experience in Group, Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.</span></p>
<p><b>How: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">To reassign a single dashboard, on the Dashboards or Analytics tabs select Change Owner from the dashboard’s actions.</span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-21143 aligncenter" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Updated-Analytics-with-Dashboard-Ownership-and-Visualization.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '24 Release Notes - Ad Victoriam Salesforce Blog - Updated Analytics with Dashboard Ownership and Visualization" width="2170" height="1332" /></p>
<h3><b>4. </b><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_account_intelligence_view.htm&amp;release=248&amp;type=5" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>New Account Intelligence View</b></a></h3>
<p><b>Salesforce Notes: </b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">See account activity, scan opportunity metrics, review cases, and log activities, all in one place in the Account Intelligence view. Previously, the account home page provided only a simple list view and required users to navigate to individual records to view opportunity, activity, or case data.</span></p>
<p><b>Where: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Sales Cloud.</span></p>
<p><b>When: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">This feature is available in production after all instances are upgraded to Spring ’24. To see the feature in sandboxes, run Match Production License or request a refresh after the feature is available in production.</span></p>
<p><b>Why: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Account Intelligence view is your dedicated workspace for account management.</span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-21144 aligncenter" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/New-Account-Intelligence-View.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '24 Release Notes - Ad Victoriam Salesforce Blog - ew Account Intelligence View" width="802" height="413" /></p>
<h3><b>5. </b><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_automate_flow_builder_migrate_even_more_processes_with_the_updated_migrate_to_flow_tool.htm&amp;release=248&amp;type=5" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Updated Migrate to Flow Tool for Migration of More Processes</b></a></h3>
<p><b>Salesforce Notes: </b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Migrate to Flow tool now supports partial migration for most actions. At a minimum, you can partially migrate all actions except for invocable actions. The migration results identify which actions need further configuration in Flow Builder for your migration to be complete.</span></p>
<p><b>Where: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.</span></p>
<p><b>How: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Migrate to Flow, and then select Migrate to Flow. Select the process that you want to convert into a flow, and click Migrate to Flow. Select the criteria that you want to migrate (1). The Migrateable column indicates if the process is partially migrateable (2). Then click Migrate to Flow. When the migration is complete, click Needs Review to see the list of actions that require additional configuration (3).</span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-21145 aligncenter" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Migrate-To-Flow-1.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '24 Release - Ad Victoriam Salesforce Blog - Updated Migrate to Flow Tool for Migration of More Processes" width="984" height="417" /><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-21146 aligncenter" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Migrate-To-Flow-2.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '24 Release - Ad Victoriam Salesforce Blog - Updated Migrate to Flow Tool for Migration of More Processes" width="802" height="444" /></p>
<h3>6. <a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_features_core_seller_home.htm&amp;release=248&amp;type=5" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Seller Home for Improved Sales Experience</b></a></h3>
<p><b>Salesforce Notes: </b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Now sales team members can start their day with a complete view of their business. Seller Home shows users an overview of their opportunities, accounts, leads, and contacts, along with their day’s agenda. Seller Home also lets users set goals, track progress, and view their to-do items, recent records, and contact suggestions from Einstein.</span></p>
<p><b>Where: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Sales Cloud.</span></p>
<p><b>Why: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">With more useful information available at a glance, users can get oriented faster and choose what to do next. Seller Home includes:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8211; Opportunity Overview</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8211; Account Overview</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8211; Lead Overview</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8211; Recent Records</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Salesforce® has once again packed their platform with exciting new features inside its forthcoming </span><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.salesforce_release_notes.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=238"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Summer ‘22 Release</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, which &#8211; depending on your instance of Salesforce &#8211; can begin to be experienced as early as the first release weekend, May 21, 2022.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">And as they always do, AdVic’s consultants have poured through every one of the new features and have highlighted the ones they are most excited about. So, let’s take a look at six of this release’s platform highlights, including three that focus on reports.</span></p>
<h3><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_forcecom_fields_bulk_manage_picklist_values.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=238" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Bulk Manage Picklist Values (Beta)</b></a></h3>
<p><b>AdVic</b><b>®</b><b> Note: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">This feature will save time and increase productivity for admins. Admins can now delete, activate, deactivate, or replace multiple picklist field values at once, rather than one at a time.</span></p>
<p><b>Salesforce Overview: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Save more time managing your picklists. You can now delete, activate, deactivate, or replace multiple custom picklist field values at once. Previously, you modified them one at a time. This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in all editions. </span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-19259 size-large" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/SF_Summer_22-BulkManagePicklist-1024x382.png" alt="Salesforce Summer 2022 Release - Bulk Manage Picklist" width="640" height="239" /></p>
<hr />
<h3><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_forcecom_lab_dynamic_related_lists.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=238" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Customize and Filter Related Lists in the Lightning App Builder</b></a></h3>
<p><b>AdVic Note:</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> The “Dynamic Related List &#8211; Single” component is a new addition to the Lightning App Builder that allows for creating custom related lists that can be displayed when specific criteria are met. From the Lightning Page, admins can choose the list’s fields and sort order, give the list a descriptive name, and apply filters.</span></p>
<p><b>Salesforce Overview: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Customize related lists directly from the Lightning App Builder instead of the page layout editor with the new Dynamic Related List &#8211; Single component. Choose the list’s fields and sort order, apply filters, and give the list a descriptive name. To see the most relevant records, set up two related lists with different filters on the same object. For example, on the Contact record page, create one related list to see only the opportunities created in the last 30 days. Then, create a second related list to see all opportunities with an amount over $500,000. This change applies to Lightning Experience in Group, Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.</span></p>

<p><b>AdVic Note: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">With this update enabled, expiration dates can be assigned to permission sets or permission set groups. When a permission set or permission set group has an expiration date, users can lose access to functionality after the expiration date.</span></p>
<p><b>Salesforce Overview:</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Permission set and permission set group assignments also use a new Lightning Experience interface and an improved workflow. Users can be assigned to permission sets or permission set groups with or without an expiration date. This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in all editions.</span></p>
<h3><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_rd_reports_report_type_selector.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=238&amp;language=en_US" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Find the Best Report Type for New Reports (Generally Available)</b></a></h3>
<p><b>AdVic Note: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">The enhanced report type selector allows users to quickly access recently used report types and view fields and objects that are included. The ability to hide report types allows the number of available report types to be much more manageable.</span></p>
<p><b>Salesforce Overview: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Take the guesswork out of report type selection when creating a report. With the enhanced report type selector, quickly access recently used report types and view the fields and objects that are included. See at a glance which report types are standard or custom, and keep the number of available report types manageable by hiding those you don’t need. This feature is now generally available. This change applies to Lightning Experience in Group, Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.</span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-19258 size-large" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/SF_Summer_22_FindTheBestReportType-1024x476.png" alt="Salesforce Summer 2022 Release - Find the Best Report Type" width="640" height="298" /></p>
<h3><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_rd_reports_multi_inline_editing_ga.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=238" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Edit Multiple Fields on the Report Run Page (Generally Available)</b></a></h3>
<p><b>AdVic Note:</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">With Multi-Field Editing, users will have the ability to edit multiple records inline on the report run page before saving the changes. Previously, only single field edits were allowed, and the report refreshed after every edit.</span></p>
<p><b>Salesforce Overview: </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Now you can update statuses and clean up data without rerunning your reports. Save time while staying up to date by editing multiple records inline on the report run page. Make inline changes in multiple rows or columns, and then save all the changes with a single click. This feature is now generally available. This change applies to Lightning Experience in Group, Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.</span></p>
<h3><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_rd_reports_filter_by_salesforce_objects_beta.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=238" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Create Reports Based on Selected Salesforce Objects (Beta)</b></a></h3>
<p><b>AdVic Notes:</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> It can be cumbersome to search through report types that aren’t needed. This new enhancement allows users to filter through report types and show only those that are based on your selected objects.</span></p>
<p><b>Salesforce Overview:</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Now you can filter the report types list in the Create Report window to show only those that are based on your selected Salesforce objects. This change applies to Lightning Experience in Group, Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As is the case every year here in the middle of winter (depending, of course, on where in the world you are), our thoughts turn to&#8230; spring! And the same goes for Salesforce</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">®</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">, who has packed their platform with exciting new </span><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.salesforce_release_notes.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=236" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Spring ‘22 Release features</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> that all orgs will be experiencing by February 12, 2022.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">AdVic’s consultants have once again poured through every one of the new features and have highlighted the ones they are most excited about, focusing this time on automation, and specifically “flow.” So, let’s take a look at six of this release’s platform highlights:</span></p>
<h3><b></b>1.  <a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.user_personal_information_release_update.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=236" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Enable Stronger Protection for Your User’s Personal Information (Release Update)</b></a></h3>
<p><b><i>AdVic Note:</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> This feature helps to lock down personal identifiable information (PII) from portal users. This is customizable with field sets as well to provide flexibility if any custom fields are utilized. </span></p>
<p><b><i>Salesforce Overview: </i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Enable Enhanced Personal Information Management to prevent external users, such as portal or community users from accessing other users’ personal information. This feature, which replaces the Hide Personal Information setting, secures more personal identifiable information (PII) user record fields. You can also decide which custom and standard user fields are considered PII. </span></p>
<h3>2. <a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_automate_flow_builder_flow_trigger_explorer.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=236" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Visualize All Your Record-Triggered Flows in One Place with Flow Trigger Explorer</b></a><b></b></h3>
<p><b><i>AdVic Note:</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> With Process Builder and Workflow Rules slated for deprecation in the coming years, this update will go a long way in helping admins manage their org. This view will provide a single location to review flow automation providing improved debugging and troubleshooting. </span></p>
<p><b><i>Salesforce Overview: </i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;">See and manage your record-triggered flows with Flow Trigger Explorer, a new tool that’s more visual and interactive than the Flows list view. Flow Trigger Explorer shows all of the flows that are associated with a specified object and that run when a record is created, updated, or deleted. For example, quickly see all flows that are triggered to run when a case record is created. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-18566 size-full" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Visualize-All-Your-Recored-Triggered-Flows.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '22 Release - Visualize All Your Recorded Triggered Flows" width="287" height="391" /></span></p>
<h3>3. <a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_automate_flow_builder_filter_collection.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=236" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Filter Items into a Collection in Flow Builder</b></a></h3>
<p><b><i>AdVic Note: </i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;">This update for flow allows admins better control when modifying multiple records in a collection variable. Previously, a series of loops and additional collection variables would need to be constructed when attempting to perform advanced logic on sets of records within a given collection. Going forward, this is now a task that Flow Builder can handle in a single action. </span></p>
<p><b><i>Salesforce Overview:</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Now you can filter unwanted data from your collections in Flow Builder. Use the Collection Filter element to select a collection and define conditions. When the flow runs, the element outputs a collection with only the items that meet those conditions, leaving your original collection intact.</span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-18565 size-full" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Filter-Items-Into-a-Collection-in-Flow-Builder.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '22 Release - Filter Items" width="800" height="612" /></p>
<h3>4. <a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_automate_flow_builder_trigger_order.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=236" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Define the Run Order of Record-Triggered Flows for an Object</b></a><b></b></h3>
<p><b><i>AdVic Note: </i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;">With Spring &#8217;22, record-triggered flows now allow for configuration of the order of operation. This update will allow admins to group flows by the logic that is being completed rather than creating one giant flow with many components. </span></p>
<p><b><i>Salesforce Overview:</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Specify a trigger order value to determine the run order of before-save or after-save flows for the same object. Declaratively configure a flow to run before or after another flow. Order your flows to help ensure consistent results without creating overly complex flows, letting you divide automation by teams or logical owners.</span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-18564 size-full" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Define-the-Run-Order-of-Record-Triggered-Flows-for-an-Object.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '22 Release - Define the Run Order" width="646" height="577" /></p>
<h3>5. <a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_automate_flow_mgmt_migrate_to_flow_tool.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=236" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Convert Workflow Rules to Flows with the Migrate to Flow Tool (Beta)</b></a><b></b></h3>
<p><b><i>AdVic Note:</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Workflow Rules will be the first piece of non-flow automation to be deprecated in the coming years. Spring 22 comes with a tool that is currently in beta to migrate these to flow. </span></p>
<p><b><i>Salesforce Overview: </i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;">We know it’s a lot to process, but it’s time to begin the transition to using Flow Builder, the future of low-code automation. Use the Migrate to Flow tool to convert your workflow rules into flows. Flow Builder can do everything that workflow rules can do—and more.</span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-18563 size-full" src="https://www.advictoriamsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Convert-Work-Flow-Rules-to-Flows-with-the-Migrate-to-Flow-Tool.png" alt="Salesforce Spring '22 Release - Convert Work Flow Rules" width="798" height="491" /></p>
<h3>6. <a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_features_core_products_sharing_defaults.htm&amp;type=5&amp;release=236" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><b>Set Organization-Wide Sharing for Products (Release Update)</b></a><b></b></h3>
<p><b><i>AdVic Notes:</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Starting in Spring &#8217;22, organization-wide sharing can now be applied to the product object. This provides an added layer to an organization’s security and allows for additional customization. Note: Sharing rules and manual sharing will still be unavailable for this object. </span></p>
<p><b><i>Salesforce Overview:</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> To better protect your Salesforce data, this update adds org-wide sharing settings for product records. As of Summer ’22, in new orgs only, the update sets the org-wide sharing default for products to Private for external users. Sharing rules and manual sharing aren’t supported. This update was first made available in Winter ’22 and was scheduled to be enforced in Spring &#8217;22, but we postponed the enforcement date to Summer ’22.</span></p>
